I’ve always loved baking for friends, family, and co-workers—it’s my favorite way to share a little happiness. Years ago, a co-worker asked me to bake 150 cupcakes for her wedding. I had never tackled anything that big before and was so nervous I’d ruin her special day—but she had faith in me. Watching her guests enjoy those cupcakes sparked an idea: maybe one day I could turn my hobby into something more.
